The South West Fed is entirely volunteer run. The Trustees, who are the Board, give their time and commitment as a team to manage and administer the organisation. The specific roles are listed below.
The board has a growing knowledge covering areas of interpretation, diversity & inclusion, wellbeing & the arts, museum ethics, collections, archaeology, managing change, curation, collection management, exhibitions, local history, using archives for outreach, outdoor & rural heritage, learning, young people and employability skills and we are looking to strengthen these and broaden our collective knowledge.
Each role below incorporates a generic role profile as well as a specific one indicated below:
