008 - Retail Magic: how to improve your shop's performance

Date: 28th January 2010

Time: 10.30am to 4.00pm

Place: The Priest's House Museum, 23-27 High Street, Wimborne Minster, Dorset
BH21 1HR

Who is it for? Anyone who has a shop they feel could be more profitable

What will I learn?

  • how to price merchandise
  • display techniques that will improve your shop's turnover
  • how the merchandise will look and how your buying policy will change as a result

Who is the trainer? The day is led by Jane le Bon, a visual merchandiser who has run her own business since 1988.  Jane works with the Royal Academy, the V&A and attractions such as the London Eye.  She has recently transformed the shop at the Burton Art Gallery & Museum in Bideford.
