Evaluation Consultant - The National Motor Museum Trust
Posted February 03, 2020 at 15:40 PM
The National Motor Museum Trust (NMMT) at Beaulieu is seeking to engage an experienced consultant to assist in the development of an evaluation strategy for all aspects of a new project. The NMMT has recently been awarded £74,527 from ACE DDF to reinterpret its Land Speed Record-breaking icon, the 1929 Golden Arrow. Using computer generated augmented reality and historic collections, we plan to enhance engagement for visitors and deliver a range of audience focussed activities. The project runs from January 2020 to March 2022.
The consultant will be involved early in the project, to help create an evaluation framework to monitor and review its inter-related strands. The consultant will advise staff and volunteers who will then gather evaluation information throughout the project implementation period. The consultant will return at a later stage to compile the data and produce an Evaluation Report
The consultant will report to the Director of Collections & Engagement and work alongside the NMMT management team, staff and volunteers. It is envisaged that the consultant will attend the Museum to facilitate appropriate evaluation sessions. The NMMT believes in continuous review to inform development and welcomes input from the Evaluation Consultant into project strategy during implementation.
Applicants are invited to submit a CV and covering statement in response to the brief which can be found at https://nationalmotormuseum.org.uk/evaluation-cons...
