One of the key aims of the Federation is to provide training for its members that is high quality, useful, close to hand and cost effective.

The Fed is currently working with the MLA South West ) to provide practical and hands-on training through the County Museum Groups, in the form of 'Skills Sharing Workdays'.

These Training Workdays are supported by MLA South West and open to all Museum Staff, not just Federation Members.
