The resources grouped on these pages provide you with the tools, information and inspiration to make your museum a truly inclusive place for your workforce and your audience.
They were created as part of the Renaissance South West sponsored programme ‘Championing Diversity in the South West’. The five Hub museums worked together to identify, achieve and promote best practice within their own institutions and throughout the region.
Diversity is an issue for every organisation. It refers to racial diversity, but also to age, gender, disability, sexual orientation and socio-economic background – to name but a few!
