Since 1994 I have worked in museums starting as a Curatorial Assistant at The Herbert Art Gallery and Museum in Coventry. I spent eight years at Chichester District Museum as Assistant Curator working on exhibitions, events, cataloguing and developing volunteers. In 2002 I moved to North Somerset Museum which has been an exciting move. I have been involved in a wide range of learning projects, collections management and building teams of volunteers. I am pleased to be involved with the South Western Federation as it has a vital role to play in giving museums a voice. I enjoy working on the newsletter as it shows the diverse range of museums and project development here in the South West.
